What if I want to keep my total loss vehicle?

Copart is not involved in the negotiation between insured’s and insurance companies. If your vehicle has been transported to a Copart facility by your insurance company, you will need to contact your insurance company and ask them to contact Copart to inform us of the agreement you have reached with them so that we can release the vehicle to you.
