Quebec Licensing Information

Private individuals buying in Quebec will need to go through a Broker for all clean titled and salvage items.

Dealers, dismantlers, general businesses and exporters will need to provide Copart an operational license, a provincial sales tax license and sales tax exemption forms. The Société de l'assurance automobile issues the Commercant et Recycleur, and Revenu Quebecissues the Certificat d'inscription (provincial sales tax license).
