Ontario Licensing Information
Private individuals buying in Ontario will need to go through a Broker for all clean titled and salvage items.
Dealers, dismantlers, general businesses, exporters, and private individuals will need to provide Copart an operational license and sales tax exemption forms. Operational licenses include dealer licenses (General or Wholesaler) issued by the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council and business licenses issued by Service Ontario and your local municipality.
Additionally, please complete the following forms and submit them to our Licensing Department via our License Uploader. These documents will be processed within one to three business days of receipt.
