Nova Scotia Licensing Information
Private individuals buying in Nova Scotia will need to go through a Broker for all clean titled and salvage items.
Dealers, dismantlers, general businesses and exporters will need to provide Copart an operational license and sales tax exemption forms. The dealer’s license may be obtained from the Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations. Your local municipality can issue the business license.
Additionally, please complete the following forms and submit them to our Licensing Department via our License Uploader. These documents will be processed within one to three business days of receipt.
