Picking Up Your Vehicle
The Copart Transportation App
In order to pick up your vehicle yourself or through our transporter you’ll need to download the Copart Transportation App.
Transporting Vehicles Yourself
First, schedule an appointment to pick up your vehicle. It’s important to be as close to on time as you can. If you arrive late, you may lose your place in line and may be required to schedule another pickup time.
Next, when you arrive, you’ll need to mark yourself as “arrived” in the app. Copart’s courteous staff will move the vehicle to the loading area and load it onto your truck, trailer or transporter vehicle.
You can usually pick up your title at the same time you get your vehicle(s), but you’ll be charged a $30 service fee PER TITLE and may be subject to long wait times as our location staff members are very busy. Please remember that for legal and safety reasons, you cannot drive your vehicles off the lot.
When picking up your vehicle in person, there are 5 things to remember:
- You must schedule your pick-up during business hours.
- Make sure you have your Member Number and the lot numbers of the vehicles you are picking up.
- Vehicles will be loaded on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Flatbed trucks or haulers are recommended for safe transportation.
- Heavy and medium duty lots are self-load only.
Using a Third-Party Transporter
The first time you use a transporter, you can enter their email address and Copart will send them a link to download the Copart Transportation App. Then, simply select the transporter from the Payments Due page. Transporters will follow the same steps as if you picked up the vehicle yourself.
Copart is not responsible for any damage caused by third-party transporters, nor does it have any control over any additional fees that transporters may charge.
Copart Member Protection Pledge
Copart endeavors to provide our buyers with the best possible experience. As such, Copart provides our members with the Copart Protection Pledge which applies to vehicles purchased for less than $49,999.99.
