Thank you for your continuous effort in respecting the measures we’re taking to eliminate nonessential foot traffic and abide by provincial guidelines to keep our members and employees safe. Even though our auctions are 100% online, we continue to take great measures to make sure our members and employees stay safe when visiting a Copart location. 

 

We have eliminated non-essential foot traffic at our locations. If you are visiting a Copart location, please check into our virtual queue. You can access the queue here or scan the QR code posted outside each location. Copart’s virtual queue allows you to check into a Copart location while remaining outside or in your vehicle while a CSR prepares to serve you best. When it is your turn to be served, we will notify you via text message to enter the Copart location.

Please note all Canadian locations will be limiting the number of people allowed in the lobbies at any given time to help promote social distancing.

Is Copart still open?

 

All Copart locations are open and vehicles are available for payment and pickup. If you plan to visit one of our locations to view a vehicle, please refer to that location's page for preview hours or call the location to confirm your visit beforehand. You can find each of our locations here.

 

Can I still preview a Copart vehicle?

 

Members are welcome to visit a Copart location to view a vehicle during that location's preview hours. Members must be over the age of 16 to enter the yard. Please bring your own safety vest with reflective striping and wear close-toed footwear.

 

There are alternatives to previewing a vehicle in person, each lot details page features 10 high-quality images as well as a vehicle description. You may also consider purchasing a Vehicle Condition Report, condition reports give you internal and external videos as well as additional images of the vehicle. Let us do the work so you have all the information you need to choose a vehicle and place a bid. 

 

Can I still pay for a Copart vehicle?

 

Copart Basic and Premier Members can bid, win and pay for vehicles online. Explore your payment options here

 

Can I still pick up my vehicle?

 

Yes, you can schedule a pickup through the Copart Transportation App or the Copart Mobile App to minimize wait times and in-person contact. 

 

Can I still import/export a Copart vehicle? 

 

Since import/export law restrictions differ per country, please contact your shipping company and local authorities for updates on shipping.
