Dealers, Dismantlers, General Business and Exporters
In Quebec, dealers, dismantlers, general businesses and exporters will need to provide Copart an operational license, a provincial sales tax license and sales tax exemption forms. The Société de l'assurance automobile issues the Commercant et Recycleur, and Revenu Quebec issues the Certificat d'inscription (provincial sales tax license).
