What is Visitor Sign-In?
Visitor Sign In is a convenient system Copart created to secure your place in line while you’re waiting to visit one of our Copart locations. Sit comfortably in your vehicle and we’ll notify you by text message when it’s your turn.
How to Use Visitor Sign-In
While visiting a Copart location
Scan the QR code
While visiting a Copart location, simply scan the QR code conveniently located at the entrance or sign in at Visitor-Sign-In.Copart.ca
Select “Visitor Sign-In”
You can also select “Visitor Sign-In” in either the Copart Member App or Copart Transportation App.
Auto assign to a place
You’ll automatically be assigned a place in the virtual sign in log.
Wait until you receive a text
Wait in your vehicle. When you receive a text message that it’s your turn.
Be sure to use Visitor Sign-In to avoid potentially long wait times and additional fees. If you're picking up a vehicle, make sure to book an appointment through Visitor Sign-in prior to arriving. As an appointment is required for vehicle pickup. And before you book your place in line, be sure to check out our Safety Rules & Guidelines for Copart site visits.

Premier Members Can Skip the Line!
If you’re a Copart Premier Member, you automatically go to the front of the line. If other Premier Members are signed in, you’ll get in line right behind them. We work hard to provide a premier experience to our Premier Members. You’ll also receive a complementary new safety vest once a year.
