Safety Rules 

1. Due to current Covid-19 Protocols anyone who enters a Copart Canada location is required to wear a mask. 
2. For your protection, safety vests are required to be worn for visibility.
   • Premier Members will receive 1 complementary Copart vest per membership year.
   • If a visitor arrives to a Copart location without a vest, they may purchase one on site for an additional charge.
3. Open-toe shoes are never allowed to be worn in any outside part of the yard.
4. Pets, excluding service animals, may not be brought into the vehicle storage area.
5. Only people over the age of 16 are allowed in the yard.

Immediately report any injuries or dangerous conditions to Copart personnel

• Due to moving equipment, caution must always be exercised, particularly when passing through gates and doorways.
• Keep a safe distance between yourself and the forklifts or wheel loaders. Always maintain a distance of 30 feet from all operating equipment.
• Use caution when walking around or looking in vehicles. Uneven surfaces, broken glass and sharp edges may cause injury.
• Use extreme caution when entering vehicles or raising hoods as animals, snakes or insects could be present.
• Buyers and visitors are only permitted in authorized areas.
• Buyers may not ride in or on any Copart vehicle or equipment. Refrain from climbing or stepping on equipment steps.
• Firearms, weapons and hazardous or dangerous devices are prohibited on Copart property.
• Possession, use, or sale of alcohol or illegal drugs or substances on Copart property is prohibited.
• Always stay clear of electric fences.
• Please obey all posted safety signs.
