How to Use the Virtual Queue:
- When visiting your Copart location, simply scan the Virtual Queue barcode located at the entrance of the location or use the Copart Mobile App for Members when nearing the location.
- Once you’ve scanned the barcode, you will be assigned a spot in that locations virtual queue.
- Please wait in your vehicle or outside.
- When it is your time you will receive a text message notification.
- Once notified, simply enter the Copart location and visit the front desk to be assisted by a Copart customer service agent.
