How It Works

In 3-steps a Copart Condition Report can be ordered from our website and delivered to you within 24 business hours.

Step 1:

Order and pay for a Copart Condition Report from the Lot Details page of any eligible vehicle on Copart.ca.

Step 2:

Check your email inbox for report link. Reports are generated and sent within 24 business hours.

Step 3:

Open the link to view the report from your computer, smartphone or tablet.

Prior to ordering the report, please ensure that the email address listed on your Copart account is up-to-date. If you don't see the report in your inbox within the 24 business hour period, check your spam folder before reaching out to that Copart location.

Questions about Copart Condition Reports?

What does a Condition Report cost?

Condition Reports are $45 CAD / $35 USD.

Which languages can the report be ordered in?

Currently, Condition Reports are generated in the language of the yard at which the vehicle is located.  In Canada this means that vehicles located in Quebec will be generated in French whereas vehicles located in any other province will be generated in English.  In the US the reports may be generated in English or Spanish. 

Which vehicles in Copart's inventory qualify for a Condition Report?

Condition Reports are only available for passenger/ non-commercial vehicles (cars, pickup trucks, SUVs etc.). Also, Condition Reports can only be generated for vehicles located at actual Copart location (not off-site sale locations).

What’s the cut-off time when a Condition Report can no longer be purchased?

Condition Reports cannot be ordered less than four hours prior to the sale.
